  • The best time to start training is as soon as possible! Puppies can begin learning basic obedience and socialization as early as 8 weeks old. For newly adopted dogs, we recommend starting training within the first few weeks to help them adjust to their new environment and establish good habits. No matter your dog’s age or background, it’s never too early or too late to start training and build a positive relationship.

  • The time it takes to see results varies depending on the dog and the specific issues being addressed. Some dogs may show improvement after the first lesson, while others may require more time and consistency.

  • The time it takes to potty train a dog can vary depending on factors like age, consistency, and previous training. On average, with consistent effort, most dogs can be fully potty trained within 4 to 6 months. Some dogs may catch on faster, while others might take a bit longer. Patience, positive reinforcement, and a regular routine are key to successful potty training. We’ll work with you to develop a plan tailored to your dog’s needs and progress.

  • Absolutely! Owner involvement is a crucial part of our training philosophy. We believe that successful training extends beyond our sessions and requires your active participation to reinforce positive behaviors.

  • Currently, we focus on private in-home (on occasion, at the park) sessions to provide personalized attention and address specific needs. However, we may offer group classes in the future based on demand.

  • An in-home evaluation allows us to observe your dog's behavior in their natural environment and understand the dynamics between you and your dog. This helps us create a customized training plan tailored to your dog's specific needs.

  • Clients residing outside our designated travel radius may incur additional fees based on mileage and travel time. Please contact us for more information.

  • You can schedule a training session by contacting us through our website, email, or phone. We will arrange an initial consultation to discuss your needs and set up a suitable time for training. We are open every day of the week!

  • During a training session, we will work with you and your dog to address specific behavior issues and teach new skills. We will also provide guidance and exercises for you to practice between sessions to reinforce the training.

  • We typically meet once a week for the duration of your dog’s 4-8 week training course, depending on their specific needs. This consistent schedule allows for steady progress and reinforces the training between sessions. We’ll tailor the frequency and length of the course to suit your dog’s unique situation and your goals, ensuring a successful and positive training experience.

  • After completing the training program, we will continue to support you and your dog. Follow-up sessions and ongoing communication are available to ensure the training results are maintained and any new issues are addressed promptly. We are ALWAYS a call or text away, no matter how long it’s been.
