FAQs

The best time to start training is as soon as possible! Puppies can begin learning basic obedience and socialization as early as 8 weeks old. For newly adopted dogs, we recommend starting training within the first few weeks to help them adjust to their new environment and establish good habits. No matter your dog’s age or background, it’s never too early or too late to start training and build a positive relationship.
The time it takes to potty train a dog can vary depending on factors like age, consistency, and previous training. On average, with consistent effort, most dogs can be fully potty trained within 4 to 6 months. Some dogs may catch on faster, while others might take a bit longer. Patience, positive reinforcement, and a regular routine are key to successful potty training. We’ll work with you to develop a plan tailored to your dog’s needs and progress.
We typically meet once a week for the duration of your dog’s 4-8 week training course, depending on their specific needs. This consistent schedule allows for steady progress and reinforces the training between sessions. We’ll tailor the frequency and length of the course to suit your dog’s unique situation and your goals, ensuring a successful and positive training experience.
